Cyderes is seeking a Security Engineer specializing in CyberArk to join their managed services team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on the daily operations and maintenance of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems, ensuring reliable service delivery and timely resolution of customer requests within agreed SLAs.
You will be responsible for implementing technical solutions for enterprise clients, managing business-as-usual operational tasks, and occasionally contributing to detailed technical designs for complex solutions. The role involves hands-on administration of large-scale CyberArk environments, including core PAS modules (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP), AAM, HTML5 gateway, and Remote Access components. You'll manage system upgrades, patches, security fixes, and disaster recovery activities, while troubleshooting issues across the CyberArk stack.
Key responsibilities include supporting iterative development and maintenance, collaborating with product owners and development teams to define requirements, and contributing to support documentation. You'll work within a project team structure and report to a Technical Service Manager.
Required qualifications include 2-5 years of hands-on administration experience with large CyberArk environments, expertise with PCloud and Standalone/High-Availability cluster configurations, knowledge of version upgrades and patch management strategies, and proficiency troubleshooting core PAS modules. Experience with CyberArk Defender/Sentry is mandatory; CDE-PAM and CDE-CPC experience is a plus.
