Hex Technologies is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale the West Coast Sales Development team at a critical inflection point. The team is transitioning from an inbound-reliant motion to generating its own outbound pipeline, and this hire will help define how that operates at scale. You'll own day-to-day performance, coaching, and career growth for your SDR team while building the coaching cadence, outbound playbook, and AI-enabled workflows that define the function as it scales. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue. Key responsibilities include: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation - Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to activity, quality, and pipeline goals - Run regular 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, and team training sessions - Build and own a repeatable coaching and enablement cadence (call reviews, scorecards, roleplays) that shortens ramp time and raises performance across the team - Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on ICP, qualification standards, and opportunity quality - Work with Marketing to operationalize campaigns, events, and account-based plays - Analyze SDR performance data to identify trends, coaching opportunities, and process improvements - Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs as the team grows - Evaluate and drive adoption of AI and automation tools that make the team more efficient - Build a strong team culture centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and career progression You bring 2–5+ years of Sales Development experience with at least 1–2 years managing SDRs. You have a proven track record of coaching SDRs to hit or exceed pipeline goals, strong outbound experience, and clear opinions on what good prospecting looks like. You're data-driven, comfortable using metrics to diagnose performance and coach effectively, and an excellent communicator who gives clear, direct feedback. You're a collaborative partner to Sales and Marketing, excited to roll up your sleeves in a fast-growing environment, and comfortable operating with real ownership. Experience selling into data, analytics, or technical buyers is a plus.
