As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in your assigned segment. Your responsibilities include:
• Initiating contact with prospects through inbound and outbound inquiries to source new sales opportunities
• Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
• Performing account research to identify key decision-makers and generate interest
• Routing qualified opportunities to Account Executives for closure
• Maintaining and growing your prospect database
• Collaborating on delivering online product demos to prospects
You'll work in a remote-first environment with asynchronous communication and high autonomy. The role offers a clear path to Account Executive promotion, with the company committed to promoting from within.
Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in tech or SaaS. You should have a track record of exceeding targets, strong phone presence, and comfort with outbound prospecting. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach is expected. Bilingual French/English capability is valued.
