OpenAI's Creator Partnerships team is seeking a Scaled Partnerships Manager to own agency relationships and operating systems that enable the company to work with influencers and creators at scale. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with creators, talent, and organizations to help people understand and use AI meaningfully. You will manage key creator marketing agencies and platforms, establish clear standards for selection, pricing, deliverables, brand safety, execution, and measurement. You'll translate go-to-market priorities into repeatable creator programs across micro, mid-tier, and larger creators, owning the full agency and campaign lifecycle from annual planning through execution, paid amplification, reporting, optimization, and post-program learning. Key responsibilities include leading scaled creator marketing programs aligned to business priorities; owning the creator agency portfolio including partner selection, scopes, budgets, and performance expectations; building a clear agency model that defines each partner's role and how work moves from brief through launch and reporting; holding agencies accountable for creator sourcing, vetting, negotiation, contracting, content development, and optimization; directing high-volume paid creator programs; standardizing creator tiering, pricing, usage rights, and disclosures; establishing consistent briefs, deliverable packages, rate benchmarks, and measurement requirements; partnering with Growth and Media on paid amplification and content reuse; setting campaign goals and reporting frameworks; using performance data to optimize creator mix and investment; coordinating across Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Legal, Safety, Finance, and Procurement; and building campaign-level operating infrastructure including intake processes, calendars, workflows, governance, dashboards, and post-campaign learning. You'll protect OpenAI's brand and user trust by holding agencies and creators to clear standards for accuracy, disclosure, product claims, rights, safety, and responsible AI communication. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco requiring three days in the office per week.
