Notion is hiring an Outcomes Architect to drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts. You'll be the primary partner helping customers turn AI ambitions into working systems within Notion, focusing on accounts that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact. In this role, you'll own workflow adoption and value delivery for your book of business, working closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning. You'll define and maintain mutual success plans that guide customers through AI transformation, conduct use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities, and facilitate business reviews with executive-level stakeholders to demonstrate ROI. You'll contribute directly to net revenue retention (NRR) through predictable renewals and expansion pipeline development. You'll also identify opportunities to engage professional services for complex implementations and partner with the Services team to ensure successful outcomes. A key part of the role is staying deeply current with Notion's product capabilities and the broader AI ecosystem so you can advise customers on new ways of working and help them build durable systems. You'll need 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software. Strong customer-facing discovery instincts are essential—you should understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans. Technical fluency is required; while you won't build for customers, you should be capable of co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces. Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk and expansion potential are critical. You should be able to design workflows that drive usage-based consumption and connect adoption patterns to measurable outcomes. Program and stakeholder management skills are important for managing success plans, timelines, and commitments across your book of accounts. The ideal candidate operates with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems. You should be obsessed with AI and constantly building with new tools to learn new ways of working. Nice-to-have experience includes customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy roles in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software. Experience managing flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that improve retention and expansion at scale is valued.
