Otter is a software platform that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery. The company serves major brands like Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry's, KFC, and Eataly, enabling them to increase sales, reduce order issues, and streamline delivery operations. You will serve as the connective tissue within the Service Delivery team, supporting five key cross-functional pillars to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your responsibilities include: **Salesforce Administration & Optimization**: Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user management, profiles, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. Build and maintain scalable Flows that support evolving go-to-market motions. **GTM Tech Stack Administration**: Administer and optimize the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem, including Yesware, outreach tooling, LeanData routing, enrichment platforms, and integrations between systems. **Systems Integration**: Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems such as data warehouses, marketing platforms, finance tools, and product telemetry. **Process Infrastructure**: Evaluate, build, and document high-level processes that define how internal teams interact. This is evolution, not just maintenance. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Proactively identify process misalignments and handoff gaps, then build bridges between departments to improve efficiency. You'll work closely with Sales, CX, and leadership teams. **Technical Versatility**: Thrive in variety—switching between deep technical Salesforce configuration and strategic collaboration with leadership on project lifecycle improvements. **Requirements**: - 2–3 years of Salesforce Administration experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud - Proven integration experience connecting Salesforce to other systems; understanding of native, middleware (Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft), and custom integration approaches - Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to pull data, validate builds, and audit work - Proactive, builder mindset with ability to see blockers before they occur - Analytical and agile; comfortable switching gears quickly while maintaining focus - Collaborative spirit; ability to translate technical needs into human solutions - Sales-adjacent experience; familiarity with high-growth sales environments - Ability to work onsite in São Paulo five days per week
