Salary: CAD 95,000 - 110,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to take hands-on ownership of the Salesforce estate spanning multiple organizations supporting Distribution, Enterprise, Structured Investments, and Data Solutions teams. This role combines platform stability, data quality, and commercial capability work with the ability to assess complexity and build lasting solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily Salesforce operations including user requests, ticket resolution, and stakeholder communication - Lead assessment, documentation, and enhancement of Salesforce configuration across multiple organizations, including environments where formal ownership is being established - Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions - Configure standard Salesforce tools such as Flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards - Manage user and license administration including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules - Partner with external delivery partners and progressively take ownership of complex configuration and build work as internal capability scales - Maintain and manage sandbox environments for testing and deployment - Collaborate with teams using integrated platforms - Troubleshoot and fix bugs as needed - Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend relevant platform improvements - Communicate platform updates and provide user training The role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in-office and Friday remote flexibility. You will work in a close-knit team environment supporting multiple business units in the alternative investments and fintech space. Requirements: - 5-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or integrated platforms such as HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau strongly preferred - Experience working across multiple Salesforce orgs, including environments with limited existing documentation - Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or alternative investments is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to document processes and contribute to internal knowledge management - Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
