ClearScore, the UK's #1 credit score and report app with 20+ million users globally, is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and develop high-performing sales and case management teams in Manchester. This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 remote) offers the opportunity to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance across Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager functions.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing multiple teams to drive performance and efficiency, delivering an exceptional customer journey with high satisfaction and optimal conversion rates, and overseeing Sales and Case Manager departments while maximizing profitability and maintaining compliance. You will monitor call quality, customer file audits, and satisfaction metrics; conduct regular performance reviews with coaching and development; define and implement KPIs aligned with business and regulatory needs; and foster strong collaborations with internal teams and external lenders.
The role emphasizes embedding a "Customer First" culture and "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF) principles, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing training to staff on Customer Conduct Rules. You'll encourage technological improvements, strengthen lender partnerships, and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Ideal candidates are strong leaders with proven experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining compliance and ethical standards. You should have excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategic thinking ability to align departmental goals with business objectives, strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and proven relationship-building capabilities with internal teams and external partners. Proactive process improvement and commitment to continuous learning are essential.
