Neo Financial is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage and develop a team of Sales Representatives driving customer acquisition for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and related fintech products. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with operational management at retail activation events.
Key responsibilities include coaching and developing sales representatives to improve product knowledge and sales skills; creating and optimizing team schedules for maximum event coverage; managing the setup and teardown of branded activation booths; monitoring individual and team sales targets; implementing strategy adjustments; generating performance reports; and actively selling Neo products alongside the team to hit revenue goals.
The ideal candidate has proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets, prior experience leading or supervising a team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic oversight and direct customer engagement.
