This Sales Team Lead role manages a team of Sales Executives supporting car sellers through the Carwow selling process. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service while maximizing seller success and achieving volume and conversion targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of Sales Executives responsible for assessing and listing cars in daily auctions
- Driving the team to achieve daily and weekly volume and conversion targets
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance support
- Monitoring team performance against key metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
- Managing team pipeline, workload balancing, and SLAs
- Conducting regular team meetings to communicate updates and share best practices
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
- Handling escalated seller enquiries and resolving complex issues
- Collaborating with other team leaders and departments to ensure efficient workflows
- Contributing to team strategies that improve seller experience and support business growth
- Fostering a positive, collaborative team environment
Required qualifications include proven team leadership experience in outbound sales, customer success, or customer service; experience managing performance in target-driven environments; excellent communication and coaching skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; CRM system proficiency; and flexibility to work 37.5 hours weekly between 9am–7pm on a rotating shift basis. Hybrid role requiring minimum three days per week in office.
