Twilio is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Strategic Sales team. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales organization, acting as the critical liaison between Account Executives and internal functions including Deal Desk, Legal, Security, Billing, and Pre-Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
• Internal Liaison: Create and manage requests across Billing, Deal Strategy, Legal, and Security functions, following up through resolution to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with Deal Desk, Contracts, Legal, Pre-Sales, and Security teams to ensure all sales process aspects run smoothly and all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Pricing & Deal Workflows: Prepare pricing structures and deal configurations, mastering internal pricing tools to support competitive and accurate proposals.
• Order Form Management: Create, amend, and execute order forms and amendments. Engage with client stakeholders to verify Bill of Materials accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
• Quote Creation: Manage CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) workflows, converting system-generated quotes into polished customer-facing documents.
• Account Research & Meeting Support: Conduct background research on assigned accounts and prepare materials for sales meetings (approximately 10% of time).
• Team Success Support: Maintain team-level trackers for cross-functional challenges and requests, actively collaborating with Regional Leaders and frontline management to resolve blockers.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales success. You'll be the glue connecting multiple organizational functions, managing data, processes, and stakeholder relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. This is a fully remote position with occasional in-person requirements for team gatherings and customer meetings.
