You will own and grow a defined book of business for Kpler's Gas and Power products within the Americas (AMER) region, driving expansion of these offerings among both new prospects and existing clients. This is a hands-on sales role focused on market penetration and consistent revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a defined territory/book of business for Gas and Power products in AMER, managing both prospects and existing clients
- Driving the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing subscriptions
- Achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets with consistent pipeline development and deal conversion
- Developing deep product expertise and positioning Gas and Power as strategic solutions
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborating with Product and Research teams to ensure client feedback shapes product development
- Partnering with Marketing and Business Development on lead generation and nurturing for the AMER market
- Monitoring sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
- Tracking competitive landscape and market developments, sharing intelligence internally
- Representing Kpler at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build market visibility
Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial or sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of commodities/energy and research markets, with experience selling data-driven or research-based products
- Ability to articulate how Gas and Power solutions drive commercial decisions
- Proven experience managing a regional or defined book of business, demonstrating ownership of pipeline generation, client engagement, and renewals
- Previous experience collaborating with Product, Research, and Marketing teams to influence go-to-market or product strategy
