Salary: EUR 16,400 - 18,450 / annual

This customer-facing Sales Specialist role focuses on understanding customer requirements and guiding SMEs through the journey to secure appropriate financial solutions. You will manage inbound customer communications, proactively contact prospective customers exploring financing options, and ensure successful outcomes by connecting them with suitable lending products from Tide's panel of lenders. Key responsibilities include: - Managing inbound communications and proactively contacting prospects - Guiding customers through the digital journey to secure funding - Pitching lending products suited to individual customer needs - Maintaining accurate prospect information in Salesforce CRM - Identifying trends and anticipating customer needs - Ensuring proper use of sales technologies for data accuracy and reporting - Collaborating with lenders at each stage of the sales process You should have strong customer service instincts, excellent communication skills, and experience in telephone-based sales or call center environments. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, self-motivated, works well independently and collaboratively, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll need the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, manage your time effectively, and work well under pressure.
