Entyre Care is a mission-driven healthtech company rebuilding the long-term care experience for families. The company focuses on helping family caregivers access support, stability, and financial resources to care for loved ones at home with dignity.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through eligibility assessment and helping them understand Entyre Care's services. You'll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into appointments for clinical care teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting eligibility assessments via phone and email with prospective clients and healthcare providers
- Managing high-volume inbound and outbound calling with families interested in services
- Building rapport by understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals to determine service fit
- Qualifying and converting prospects into appointments for clinical teams
- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activities in HubSpot CRM
- Achieving or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
- Analyzing customer feedback and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the customer journey
- Preparing documentation and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices
- Demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks
You should be results-oriented with a strong sales mindset, an outstanding communicator with excellent phone etiquette, and genuinely motivated to help families navigate care decisions. You're comfortable in fast-paced environments, highly organized, and a proactive self-starter who thrives collaboratively.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in customer service, inside sales, call centers, or customer success roles; experience managing high-volume calling; familiarity with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot); proficiency with Microsoft Office; and healthcare, insurance, or human services background (not required).
