Salary: CHF 99,400 - 184,600 / annual
DTX Pharma (a Novartis company) seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing strategy for Rare Neurological Diseases across Switzerland. This hybrid, field-based role combines key account management at the national level with marketing strategy ownership.
You will manage business relationships and activities with key accounts and stakeholders, developing deep understanding of customer challenges related to patient care and identifying solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. You'll build the Swiss Rare Neurological Disease roadmap, defining strategic approaches to address the patient pool and translating insights into actionable account strategies and measurable business objectives.
Key responsibilities include: driving sales and product promotion across designated accounts and referral networks to achieve territory and sales targets; developing customer development strategies and dedicated Key Account Management action plans; analyzing market situation and competitive intelligence; serving as a strategic scientific partner for customers in collaboration with cross-functional teams; leading preparation of marketing strategies and tactical plans; and fostering effective collaboration between Medical, Supply, Quality, and other internal stakeholders in an end-to-end process.
You bring a university degree in business or life sciences; full professional proficiency in German and English (French a strong advantage); proven experience as Field Force, KAM, or Sales Rep in pharma (ideally Neurology/Rare Disease); marketing experience in pharma preferred; in-depth knowledge of Swiss customer/marketplace dynamics and competitors; knowledge of the Swiss Healthcare System; and strong analytical and strategic skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
This is a people-management role overseeing key account strategy and field execution across a therapeutic area, with accountability for revenue growth, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
