This Sales Manager role sits within the Commercial team in Vietnam, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, SEA. You will own a dedicated agency patch, driving revenue growth and accelerating commercial success across key agencies and brands in the Vietnamese market.
Core responsibilities include: (1) driving revenue growth and consistently achieving patch targets; (2) architecting and pitching tailored, high-performing media strategies that solve client challenges; (3) identifying new business opportunities and expanding Teads' footprint; (4) partnering with Customer Experience, Insights, and Studio teams to oversee campaign execution and ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks; (5) bridging communication between clients and internal specialists for seamless end-to-end campaign delivery; (6) cultivating trusted advisory relationships with agency leads, planners, and brand decision-makers; (7) serving as the primary strategic point of contact for clients.
You will have direct accountability for a dedicated commercial patch in a high-growth market with trusted autonomy. Success is measured by consistently hitting patch revenue targets, delivering high campaign performance within SLA, and driving superior client satisfaction.
Required: 2+ years of digital media advertising experience (agency or supplier side) with hands-on digital ad sales experience.
