You will lead the dealer business for Veact in Poland, the company's largest single market in Eastern Europe. Building on an existing foundation of BMW dealers using the Veact Mobility Suite and established relationships with three OEM brand importers (which a Director manages), you will acquire new dealers and dealer groups, grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling, and serve as the primary face of Veact to the Polish dealer network. Two active OEM partnership projects are underway and will be part of your remit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new dealers and dealer groups in Poland for both the Veact and Infomedia portfolios
- Growing the existing dealer base through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Owning deals commercially, including pricing, deal structure, and contract signature
- Supporting the Director on importer accounts and joint OEM partner projects
- Conducting product demos and data conversations with dealer principals, service managers, and IT stakeholders
- Maintaining a qualified sales pipeline with weekly forecasting in Salesforce
- Representing Veact at Polish dealer events and customer appointments
Requirements:
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to car dealerships, dealer groups, importers, or OEMs
- Automotive background with knowledge of how dealerships operate across sales, service, and parts, and understanding of key decision-makers
- Technical confidence with software, data, and integrations; ability to independently run product demos
- Business-case thinking, deal-closing ability, and structured approach with strong CRM discipline
- Preference for opening new doors and building markets over managing existing territories
- Polish as native language and fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Based in Poland with willingness to travel
