Frequent travel across Queensland and Northern Territory is required. You'll work in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where you might build playbooks one week, negotiate multi-million-dollar expansions the next, coach team members through critical deals, and present strategy to executives the following week. You'll navigate complex organizational structures, communicate effectively with ranch managers, general managers, and boards, and know when to guide, challenge, or step in to unlock value.
