Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across physical operations including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing. You will lead an Inside Sales team of 8 Mid Market Account Executives selling into the UK and Ireland market. This is a hands-on management role where you mentor and coach senior account executives through the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting through deal close and quota attainment. You'll support deal progression and negotiation in real time, working closely with Marketing/Growth and Account Development leadership to ensure consistent, quality lead volume for your team. Key responsibilities include: - Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives across the full sales cycle - Support deal progression and live negotiation across the team - Coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Account Development to maintain lead quality and volume - Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance, and Order Operations to streamline deal flow - Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the UK&I business - Champion Samsara's cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, Winning as a Team) - Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team You bring 6+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of overachievement. Ideally, you have 2+ years managing a team. You're deeply proficient in Salesforce.com and sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC. You have hands-on experience coaching teams on outbound prospecting, running proof-of-concept and trial sales motions, and are comfortable giving upward feedback. You build genuine relationships with customers, dig into how their businesses work, and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
