Amenitiz is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its newly established French commercial hub in Lyon. You will manage a small, focused sales team (SDRs, BDRs, and AEs) responsible for driving revenue in the French market. The role is hands-on and operationally intensive: you'll own pipeline management, daily team execution, coaching, and performance accountability.
Your core responsibilities include building and growing the Lyon team through recruitment and onboarding; running daily execution by managing pipeline health, call activity, and meeting volume; coaching in detail by listening to calls and providing real-time feedback; holding performance through individual KPI tracking and honest conversations; and acting as the link between the team and leadership to surface insights and translate strategic direction into daily habits.
Amenitiz serves independent hoteliers across Europe—family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains historically underserved by enterprise-focused hotel tech. You'll be selling a product that genuinely improves operations for hotel owners. The sales approach is mixed (roughly 80% outbound, 20% inbound) with a short sales cycle of 1-2 weeks, up to one month. You'll maintain HubSpot hygiene, build a repeatable sales playbook to accelerate the French market, and collaborate across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You'll inherit an existing customer base, pipeline, tools, sales methodology, and full support from the wider commercial team in Barcelona, so you're not starting from a blank page.
Required: 3+ years managing a sales team in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments (ideally selling to independent businesses/SMEs); native French speaker with strong written and verbal English (B1/B2 minimum); confirmed skills in outbound prospecting and short-cycle selling; comfort with HubSpot and Aircall or similar tools; coaching mindset and strong organizational skills; performance-oriented, entrepreneurial, resilient, and autonomous.
Preferred: experience in hospitality tech, online travel, or B2B SaaS.
Compensation includes competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, stock options with progressive vesting, comprehensive health insurance, on-demand salary access, flexible benefits (meals, childcare, transportation, training), and professional development support. The company is an international team of 35+ nationalities based in a leading European tech hub.
