Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform used by 94% of the Fortune 500 to capture and operationalize how work happens across their organizations. Founded in 2019 and valued at over $1 billion, Scribe has grown to 7 million users across 600,000 businesses.
As Sales Manager for Enterprise Expansion, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on growing revenue within Scribe's largest existing customer relationships. Your primary responsibility is managing expansion within accounts with 10,000+ employees, driving net new product adoption and platform sales rather than simple renewals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of Enterprise AEs managing expansion within strategic accounts
- Driving accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management across a portfolio averaging $200K ACV deals
- Coaching your team through complex 90-day sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and C-level relationships
- Building account plans that identify expansion opportunities and position additional Scribe products to new buyers within existing accounts
- Partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Product to equip your team
- Establishing coaching, enablement, and development practices that create a repeatable, world-class expansion motion
- Getting hands-on in critical deal moments and customer strategy sessions
You bring 5+ years of Account Executive management experience, with at least 3 years leading teams in high-growth startups. You have a track record of leading Enterprise AEs who grew revenue within strategic accounts, not just closed new logos. You understand the complexity of selling into large organizations with multiple decision-makers and have coached AEs closing six-figure ARR deals with $200K ACV and 90-day sales cycles. You're rigorous about forecasting and pipeline management while maintaining team velocity.
