Sanity.io is a modern content operating system that treats content as data, enabling companies like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, and Anthropic to model, create, and automate content operations at scale. The company recently raised $85M in Series C funding and is expanding rapidly across EMEA. You will lead and coach a team of Account Executives across the EMEA region, managing sales operations across multiple markets and time zones (London, Munich, Stockholm, and beyond). Your core responsibilities include: building and strengthening outbound motion through structured prospecting and pipeline coverage; setting clear expectations and holding high performance standards; monitoring conversion metrics and forecasting discipline; and intervening early when pipeline coverage weakens. You'll work closely with Marketing and Enablement to align on pipeline strategy, sharpen EMEA-specific messaging, and ensure your team has the right tools and enablement. You'll also feed customer and market insights back to leadership to shape go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll be in it with the team, not managing from a dashboard. You need a hunter mentality combined with structured process discipline. You'll own new logo growth and be accountable for building a predictable, scalable sales organization. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years managing Enterprise Account Executives in B2B SaaS, with exposure to multiple European markets. You've seen structured sales orgs at scale and thrive in fast-moving environments. You're direct, execution-oriented, and genuinely enjoy building systems that make teams predictable. You have a track record of building structured outbound pipeline processes, strong forecasting discipline, and experience recruiting and developing high-performing sales talent across different countries and cultures. Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth combined with enterprise sales is a plus. Fluent English required; additional European languages (German, French, etc.) are valued.
