Nitra is building a fintech and software ecosystem for healthcare providers, combining practice management tools with medical supply procurement. The company was founded by unicorn-track entrepreneurs with exits exceeding $1B, backed by top-tier VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA), and staffed with talent from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Plaid, and Meta.
You will lead and scale a team of Account Executives driving outbound sales to healthcare providers—medspas, private practices, and clinics—selling Nitra's fintech offerings and supply marketplace solutions. Reporting directly to leadership, you own pipeline performance, team coaching, and go-to-market strategy execution.
Key responsibilities include hiring and training Account Executives to meet aggressive targets; conducting weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting; developing and refining outbound sales strategies (calls, emails, in-person outreach); driving field sales initiatives and conference participation; optimizing the sales process from outreach through close; creating pitch materials and sales enablement assets; leading performance coaching and career development; collaborating with Marketing and Product on customer insights and lead generation; and maintaining hands-on involvement in high-value opportunities.
You bring 6+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing high-velocity outbound teams in SMB or B2B environments. You have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding team quotas and scaling early-stage sales operations. You're comfortable building and improving processes in high-growth or startup settings, with excellent communication and coaching skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance reporting is expected. Background in healthcare, fintech, or marketplace platforms is a plus. A bachelor's degree is preferred; former athletes or competitive team leaders are encouraged to apply.
Nitra operates with urgency, intensity, and ambition, expecting excellence, ownership, and intellectual rigor. The company maintains a hybrid work policy with four days in-office and Wednesdays as work-from-home. Compensation includes equity ownership, competitive base salary, comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance, and a generous 401K match.
