DocPlanner (operating as Doctoralia in Colombia) is a healthcare platform connecting millions of patients with healthcare professionals while providing practice management tools. The company operates across 13+ markets with 3,000+ employees and is experiencing significant growth in Colombia.
You will lead the Individual Sales team, which sells directly to doctors and healthcare professionals. The team currently comprises 3 Team Leaders and approximately 25 Sales Executives split between Inbound and Outbound channels. Your mission is to scale the operation from its current functioning state into a high-performing, efficient machine.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the sales team to drive consistent month-over-month growth and exceed targets
- Designing and executing the commercial strategy for the Individual segment in Colombia, aligned with global objectives
- Building and optimizing scalable sales processes from prospecting through closing and Customer Success handoff
- Establishing strong pipeline discipline with reliable forecasting, measurable activity metrics, and rigorous Salesforce CRM management
- Using data analytics to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and make evidence-based decisions
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing team members
- Leading key commercial projects in collaboration with local and global teams
The sales environment is consultative yet fast-paced: high volume, short sales cycles, and typically single decision-makers. You'll need a data-driven mindset, strong CRM expertise, and a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications: minimum 4 years leading sales teams, including experience managing other leaders and teams of 15+ people. Proven success in high-volume, short-cycle sales environments. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota individually and as a team. Advanced English (B2+) for daily collaboration with global teams. Professional degree in any field.
