As Sales Manager, you will build and lead a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and enterprise customers in North America and globally. You'll own a multi-million-dollar new ARR target and be responsible for establishing a repeatable sales motion across SLED (State/Local/Education) and corporate segments. Key responsibilities include: - Hiring, developing, and coaching a high-performing team of full-cycle Account Executives - Owning new business ARR targets with disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and execution - Leading from the front by building strategic customer relationships and participating in team calls weekly - Developing a mid-market GTM playbook with clear ICP, messaging, and pricing strategies - Partnering with executive leadership, marketing, and product to refine go-to-market approach based on field intelligence - Building sales infrastructure: territories, outbound strategy, qualification standards, deal reviews, and performance management - Setting cultural standards for preparation, execution, follow-up, forecasting, and team celebration You'll report directly to executive leadership and have significant influence over product and GTM strategy. This is a hands-on builder role requiring both strategic vision and tactical execution. Required qualifications: 4+ years B2B sales experience with at least 2 years managing high-performing teams. Proven success scaling sales in high-growth environments, with track record of exceeding targets. Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology to technical buyers. Comfortable managing national and Canadian accounts. Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot. Must be resilient, results-driven, and able to work in an onsite environment.
