You will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for closing and expanding relationships with modern finance leaders. This is a player-coach role combining hands-on deal involvement with team leadership and development.
Key responsibilities include: leading and coaching AEs to meet and exceed revenue targets; owning team quota attainment and forecasting accuracy; coaching AEs through full-cycle, consultative sales cycles targeting CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers; running disciplined deal reviews and pipeline inspections; refining and documenting the sales playbook with qualification frameworks and repeatable close plans; partnering with SDR Managers, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Consultants; hiring and onboarding new AEs with a structured ramp program; maintaining CRM hygiene and reporting team performance; and fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and winning.
Required qualifications: 2+ years managing a quota-carrying AE team with consistent record of hitting and exceeding targets; strong personal track record closing B2B SaaS deals before moving into management, ideally mid-market or enterprise; proven ability to hold AEs accountable for self-sourced outbound prospecting in full-cycle sales; experience selling technical or finance-oriented products with familiarity in office of the CFO, ERP, fintech, or accounting workflows; command of modern sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar) with ability to teach it; sharp forecasting instincts and comfort with data-driven pipeline reviews; genuine coaching orientation measuring success by team growth and results; ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment where playbook is still being written.
