Confido is an AI infrastructure platform serving 200+ CPG brands (including OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana) to automate finance, accounting, sales, and operations workflows. The company is growing 5x year-over-year with a small team in NYC. As Sales Finance Manager, you will own the accruals, deduction, and dispute resolution experience for customers. Disputes are central to Confido's value proposition, and this role bridges Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customers resolve disputes faster and more accurately on the platform. Key responsibilities include: **Product Feedback Loop** - Partner with product and engineering to inform roadmap priorities and validate designs for CPG demand planning challenges - Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product insights - Serve as trusted advisor to customers on workflow optimization and platform value maximization - Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market activities including discovery calls, content generation, webinars, and educational materials **Implementation Support** - Partner with Implementation team during customer onboarding to configure dispute workflows - Help new customers migrate and clean up historical dispute and deduction data during go-live - Train customer teams on dispute management within Confido **Customer Success** - Act as dispute-resolution expert within broader CS relationships, supporting health checks and escalations - Help CS managers explain dispute trends, aging, and recovery performance in QBRs - Flag at-risk accounts where unresolved disputes signal adoption or workflow issues You will work hands-on with customer data to investigate and resolve disputes, and be the expert voice informing Product where dispute logic needs to evolve. **Requirements** - 5+ years of hands-on demand planning experience at CPG brands, including direct responsibility for forecast generation, demand-supply collaboration, and S&OP processes - 3+ years of experience in deductions, trade promotion finance, accounts receivable, or similar CPG/retail-adjacent operations roles - Comfortable working in details of retailer/distributor documentation and reconciling discrepancies with precision - Strong cross-functional communication skills; equally comfortable with customers, implementation leads, and product managers - Process-oriented with sharp eye for patterns; ability to identify recurring issues and fix root causes - Experience with CPG trade, deductions, or AR systems is a strong plus - Willingness to work at NYC headquarters 5 days per week
