Salary: EUR 80,000 - 105,000 / annual

You will join Tide's German sales team as a Sales Executive, reporting directly to the Team Lead Sales. Partner Credit Services is Tide's SME lending marketplace, connecting small and medium-sized businesses with appropriate financing through partner lenders.
In this role, you will manage a pre-qualified, warm pipeline of prospects from the CRM, focusing on expert consultation and deal closure. Key responsibilities include:
• Customer Engagement: Contact, onboard, and support SME customers throughout the credit application process
• Pipeline Management: Continuously process qualified leads from CRM and other channels to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Trust Building: Persuasively explain various financing options from partner lenders and stay informed on market and competitive landscape
• Financing Expertise: Develop deep understanding of diverse lenders and credit products in the market
• Partner Relations: Actively manage relationships and workflows with credit partners
• CRM Data Management: Keep customer information current in Salesforce across all sales stages
• Team Culture: Actively share experiences and successes with the team
You bring sales passion and genuine drive to achieve targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach with focus on accuracy and execution speed. You are organized, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly and pragmatically. Fluent German (negotiation-level) and good English are required.
Preferred but not required: experience in fintech, banking, payments, or lending; outbound sales or cold-calling experience.
