You'll join the Partner Credit Services team as a Business Finance Specialist, helping French SMEs access the right financing through Tide's lender partner network. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating sales role focused on matching business owners with suitable products across unsecured lending, leasing, merchant cash advances, and more. Key responsibilities include: - Managing inbound and outbound sales pipelines from SMEs seeking funding - Understanding each business's growth plans, challenges, and financing needs - Matching customers with appropriate products from a diverse lender panel - Maintaining accurate Salesforce records with detailed notes and outcomes - Identifying trends, risks, and operational improvements - Delivering consistently high service levels regardless of deal outcomes - Representing Tide's Partner Credit Services proposition confidently - Sharing success stories and learnings to drive team improvement You'll need 1+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in high-velocity or consultative roles), a proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets, excellent communication skills, CRM familiarity (Salesforce preferred), fluent English and native French, and a passion for helping small businesses succeed. The role demands a proactive, self-starting mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
