As Sales Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage the sales engineering team while collaborating closely with sales, product, and R&D teams. Your primary focus is ensuring customers receive the highest level of technical expertise and support throughout their journey with Cyera's Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team, fostering career growth and technical excellence
• Partner with sales and R&D to identify, qualify, and develop tailored technical solutions for prospective clients
• Design and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements that showcase the value of Cyera's data security solutions
• Serve as a technical advisor and trusted resource for customers, addressing technical questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle
• Stay informed about product features, enhancements, and future roadmaps through close collaboration with product development
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development
• Create and maintain technical documentation including solution architectures, technical proposals, and case studies
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote solutions and establish thought leadership
