As Sales Engineering Manager for Identity Security in EMEA, you will lead and manage a sales engineering team while collaborating closely with sales, product, and R&D teams. Your primary focus is demonstrating the value and capabilities of Cyera's Identity Security solution to prospective clients, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the sales engineering team with mentorship, guidance, and career development
- Collaborating with sales and R&D to identify, qualify, and develop tailored technical solutions for customer needs
- Designing and delivering compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Staying informed about product features, enhancements, and future roadmaps through close partnership with product development
- Serving as a technical advisor and trusted resource for customers throughout the sales cycle
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
- Creating technical documentation including solution architectures, proposals, and case studies
- Representing Cyera at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote solutions and thought leadership
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly application security and identity management, with proven results-oriented leadership and sales engineering experience.
