UiPath is seeking a Sales Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare payer organizations, helping them identify and scale transformative automation and AI solutions. You will partner with health plan executives and technical teams to uncover opportunities where agentic automation, AI agents, and process intelligence can drive measurable business value in claims management, prior authorization, utilization management, care management, provider data management, enrollment, risk adjustment, revenue integrity, appeals, and member service operations.
Key responsibilities include conducting discovery workshops to understand operational challenges, leveraging process intelligence methodologies to quantify value potential, designing and delivering compelling demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements, and architecting solutions combining AI, automation, orchestration, and agentic workflows. You will develop industry-specific solution narratives, support technical evaluations, guide customers through architecture and deployment discussions, and act as a thought leader representing UiPath at customer meetings and industry events.
You bring deep expertise in healthcare payer operations and experience helping organizations improve performance through technology-driven transformation. You excel at connecting business challenges with technical solutions, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, and leading consultative conversations with executives and technical stakeholders. You have a background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation, with strong understanding of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and modern technology architectures. You're intellectually curious, adaptable, passionate about continuous learning, and skilled at building relationships in large enterprise and highly regulated environments. Up to 25% travel required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
