Nozomi Networks is hiring a Sales Engineer to support the expansion of its OT and IoT cybersecurity platform across France and the broader region. The company defends critical infrastructure and large enterprises in over 68 countries with an AI-powered platform that secures operational technology and Internet of Things infrastructures across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government sectors.
In this role, you will serve as the technical point of contact partnering with the Regional Sales Director throughout the full sales cycle. Key responsibilities include supporting customers and partners during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities; qualifying sales opportunities from a technical perspective; presenting solutions and designing architectures for quotations; managing technical communications with customers and partners; following up on issue resolution and feature requests with the R&D team; and enabling and training partners to effectively position and support solutions.
You should have proven experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Security Consultant, System Integrator, or System Engineer. A solid understanding of complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies is essential—CCNA certification or equivalent is highly valued. Cybersecurity experience, ideally in incident management or penetration testing, is required. You must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a track record of delivering effective training programs.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security projects, security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99, or ISO27001 Lead Auditor), and a Bachelor's degree in computer systems or telecommunications. The role requires willingness to travel, strong English proficiency, and demonstrable experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. You should be comfortable working with AI-assisted tools while maintaining professional judgment and accountability.
