Armis Federal seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to provide deep technical support for Department of Defense European Combatant Commands (COCOMs) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) engagements. You will leverage advanced technical expertise to design, demonstrate, and deploy the Armis cybersecurity platform within complex IT/OT/IoT environments, ensuring measurable mission-level value for DoD customers. Key responsibilities include delivering tailored technical demonstrations of the Armis platform to DoD theater commands and FMS stakeholders; deploying and managing proof-of-value installations across labs, training ranges, and operational environments; troubleshooting complex networking and integration challenges across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid architectures; and providing technical leadership during command-level engagements, conferences, and military exercises. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and partner ecosystems to develop solutions aligned to COCOM requirements and acquisition pathways, and produce technical documentation, diagrams, and written responses for customer queries, RFPs, and mission documentation. Required qualifications include a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline (or equivalent experience/certifications), and an active TS/SCI security clearance. You must have proven experience engineering cybersecurity solutions into DoD and FMS networks; strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VLANs, subnets, protocols); hands-on expertise with RHEL/Linux administration, containers, and system integration; proficiency with REST APIs and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell); familiarity with ATO/IATT processes; working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-82, RMF, DISA STIGs); understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application security; SOC operations knowledge including threat hunting; and vulnerability management experience (ACAS, Tenable/Nessus, CVEs, patch management, CISA KEV). OT/ICS experience is a strong plus. The role involves up to 40% travel across Europe, with additional travel to global COCOM and US sites as required. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically deep sales professional with DoD/defense sector experience seeking to drive mission-critical cybersecurity adoption at the highest levels of the US military.
