Nozomi Networks is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The company is a leader in OT (Operational Technology) and IoT cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure and industrial organizations across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government sectors in 68+ countries. In this role, you will serve as the technical point of contact partnering with the Regional Sales Director throughout the full sales cycle. Your responsibilities include: • Support customers and partners during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities • Qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather customer requirements, and design architectures for quotations • Act as the technical focal point managing communications with customers and partners • Follow up on customer issues and feature requests, coordinating with R&D as needed • Enable and train partners to effectively position, sell, and support solutions You should have proven experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Security Consultant, System Integrator, or System Engineer. A solid understanding of complex networks, protocols, and networking technologies is essential (CCNA certification or equivalent is a plus). Cybersecurity experience—ideally in incident management or penetration testing—is required. Additional qualifications include: • Proven ability to deliver effective partner training programs • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Sales acumen and dedication to achieving goals • Fluent English (written and verbal) • Willingness to travel within the region • Preferred: ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security project experience • Preferred: Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99, etc.) • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer systems or telecommunications The role is based in the DACH region with travel expectations.
