As a Sales Engineer at Armis, you will serve as a technical bridge between the sales team and clients, providing expert guidance on cybersecurity solutions. Your primary responsibilities include partnering with Sales Representatives to understand client requirements, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and articulating the business value of Armis solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will analyze customer environments to identify security challenges and recommend solutions that enhance their security posture. A key part of your role involves developing proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and guiding clients through implementation strategies to demonstrate the effectiveness of Armis technology. You'll stay current on cybersecurity trends and Armis product developments to position yourself as a trusted technical resource for clients and internal teams.
Collaboration is essential—you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address customer feedback and drive continuous product improvements. You'll also represent Armis at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings, evangelizing the importance of robust asset visibility and security.
Required qualifications include proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical role with deep cybersecurity knowledge. You should have hands-on familiarity with IT, IoT, and OT environments, as well as practical experience with networking, security tools, and enterprise software. Strong communication skills are essential—you must translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Industry certifications such as CISSP or CEH are advantageous.
