As a Sales Engineer, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for enterprise architecture, healthcare integrations, and data flow discussions during the pre-sales process. You'll work with both net-new and existing healthcare systems, serving as a trusted technical advisor to hospital IT and clinical leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as SME for enterprise architecture design, healthcare data integrations (HL7, FHIR, DICOM), and alignment with hospital IT/AI strategies - Managing all pre-sales activities and explaining Aidoc's value to technical and non-technical stakeholders - Leading high-level and deep-dive architecture presentations, product demonstrations, and workflow walkthroughs - Completing vendor security questionnaires and ensuring compliance with healthcare security standards and regulations - Creating Solution Design and Implementation plans, then managing handoff to the Implementation team Required qualifications: - 5+ years in Healthcare IT domain - In-depth knowledge of healthcare standards and integration methodologies (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, APIs, XML) - Strong understanding of server, network infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, hybrid), disaster recovery, and business continuity - Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, security requirements, and certifications (domestic and international) - Solid understanding of database structures and backup processes Desired experience includes previous Sales Engineer roles, application demo and trade show experience, hospital environment experience (Field Engineer, PACS Admin, System Analyst), end-to-end hospital imaging workflow knowledge, healthcare AI integration experience, RFI/RFQ/RFP response experience, VA/DoD environment familiarity, and project planning/implementation knowledge.
