Teya is a Series C fintech company building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The company focuses on providing simple tools, thoughtful design, and human-centered support to cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs. As a Sales Enablement Specialist based in Zagreb, you will support the local sales team's performance through practical training, skill-building, and coaching. Your role bridges central learning and development programs with local team needs. Key responsibilities include: **Enable Learning Locally:** Organize and facilitate training sessions in various formats (presentations, workshops). Translate and localize central learning content for relevance to the Croatian market. Create new training content addressing local skill gaps while maintaining alignment with central guidelines and overall enablement strategy. **Coach and Develop Sales Teams:** Provide direct coaching on sales processes, steps, and products. Participate in core sales routines to understand support needs. Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and use insights to improve training effectiveness. Build trust with sales agents to ensure coaching resonates. **Maintain Content and Track Progress:** Organize and maintain content in the learning management system. Track participation, assignments, assessments, and learning metrics. Keep content current and make progress visible to stakeholders. Leverage AI for content creation while ensuring accuracy and relevance. **Cross-Organizational Collaboration:** Work with the Central L&D Specialist to implement content locally. Support sales managers in strengthening their coaching routines. Engage local subject matter experts to ensure content quality and accuracy. Required qualifications: 2+ years in sales training or coaching; fluency in English and Croatian; background in sales, account management, sales management, or sales support; experience managing stakeholders and adapting to different learning styles; comfort with learning management systems; strong attention to detail; critical thinking skills; organized and data-minded approach; understanding of sales tools and routines; clear communication and relationship-building abilities. The role offers a permanent contract with 6-month probation, flexible working hours, 26 days vacation, health insurance, monthly food allowance, referral bonuses, and high-quality hardware.
