As Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be the connective tissue across the go-to-market organization, partnering with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and L&D teams. Your mission is to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and content needed to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business results.
Key responsibilities include designing and improving new-hire onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time, developing ongoing training in product knowledge, consultative selling, and objection handling. You'll analyze sales performance data, win/loss trends, and call recordings to identify best practices and create repeatable playbooks. You'll translate product positioning and competitive insights into practical sales resources—playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and battle cards.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally to prepare teams for product launches, ensure campaign messaging consistency, support CRM adoption and process improvements, and gather frontline feedback to inform GTM strategy. You'll own the organization and maintenance of sales enablement content libraries, ensuring teams can access current, accurate resources quickly. You'll also manage enablement tooling and work with RevOps to keep processes clean and consistent.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a sales quota-carrying or consultative customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar), understands what it takes to build customer trust and navigate objections, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
