Gradial is an AI-native marketing operations platform that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster by orchestrating across martech stacks, workflows, and people. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will bridge Gradial University and Sales Enablement to help customers, partners, new hires, and account executives learn, demonstrate, and operate the platform with confidence.
You will own the full lifecycle of enablement content creation and management. This includes building and maintaining training modules, quizzes, and hands-on proofs across learning journeys for marketers and content operations teams. You'll draft clear lesson content, product walkthroughs, and certification materials that translate technical concepts into accessible, actionable guidance. You'll produce and update training videos, guided demonstrations, and release-based recertification content as the product evolves.
You will create and refresh demo scenarios, scripts, and workflows that enable account executives to lead credible, product-grounded sales conversations. You'll develop prospect-facing enablement assets including one-pagers, guides, and short videos that support the sales process. Content organization and publishing within the LMS falls under your purview, ensuring materials remain accurate, accessible, and current.
Collaboration is central to this role. You'll coordinate reviews with product owners, subject-matter experts, sales leaders, and marketing partners. You'll track learner feedback, AE readiness, completion rates, and demo usage to identify practical improvements. You'll flag stale or inconsistent materials and drive updates that keep enablement aligned with product evolution.
The ideal candidate brings 1–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a closely related role. You have direct understanding of the repetitive, manual work that limits marketers and reduces time for strategic and creative work. You communicate clearly in writing, explain technical ideas concisely, and learn software quickly. You're organized, collaborative, and comfortable working hands-on across both strategic planning and day-to-day content production. You're curious about AI adoption in marketing and genuinely interested in rethinking processes around new capabilities.
