You'll partner with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, Recruiting, and L&D to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and content needed to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business results. Key responsibilities include: **Sales Enablement & Training:** Design and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time. Develop ongoing training on product knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling, and customer experience. Create certifications, learning paths, and coaching resources. Analyze sales performance trends to identify targeted enablement opportunities. **Data & Feedback Loop:** Analyze conversion, win/loss, and retention data to identify what's working and feed insights into training. Review call recordings and customer interactions to surface best practices from top performers and turn them into repeatable playbooks. Track enablement-specific metrics and their downstream impact on conversion and win rates. **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Translate product positioning and messaging into practical sales playbooks, talk tracks, FAQs, and resources. Prepare customer-facing teams for product launches with training and readiness plans. Ensure campaign messaging consistency across the customer journey. Support CRM adoption and process improvements. Improve onboarding, retention, upsell, and support experiences. Gather frontline feedback and communicate customer insights back to leadership. **Content & Communication:** Create high-converting playbooks, call scripts, objection-handling guides, and cross-sell/upsell matrices. Own organization and maintenance of sales enablement content including playbooks, product documentation, competitive battle cards, and presentations. Package customer proof points and case studies into reusable assets. Develop scalable communication plans for launches and organizational changes. **Tools & Process:** Own or co-own enablement tooling (CRM macros, content libraries, call recording platforms) to help teams find resources quickly. Partner with RevOps to maintain CRM data quality and process consistency. You'll bring prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar), demonstrating firsthand understanding of building customer trust, navigating objections, and operating in performance-driven environments.
