As Sales Enablement Manager, you'll be the connective tissue across the go-to-market organization, translating strategy into execution and building scalable programs that improve sales effectiveness and customer outcomes. You'll partner across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, Recruiting, and L&D to ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, tools, processes, and content needed to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business results.
Key responsibilities include designing and continuously improving onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time; developing ongoing training in product knowledge, consultative selling, and objection handling; creating certifications and learning paths; and analyzing sales performance trends to identify enablement opportunities. You'll analyze conversion, win/loss, and retention data to identify what's working and feed insights back into training. You'll review call recordings and customer interactions to surface best practices from top performers and turn them into repeatable playbooks, while tracking enablement-specific metrics and their downstream impact on conversion and win rates.
Cross-functional partnership is central: you'll translate positioning and messaging into practical sales playbooks and talk tracks with Product Marketing; prepare customer-facing teams for product launches with training and readiness plans; ensure campaign messaging consistency with Marketing; support CRM adoption and process improvements with Revenue Operations; and improve onboarding, retention, and support experiences with Customer Success teams.
You'll create high-converting playbooks, call scripts, objection-handling guides, and cross-sell/upsell matrices. You'll own the organization and maintenance of sales enablement content—playbooks, product documentation, competitive battle cards, presentations, and knowledge resources—ensuring easy access to current, accurate materials. You'll package customer proof points, case studies, and FAQs into reusable assets and develop scalable communication plans for product launches and organizational changes. You'll also own or co-own enablement tooling (CRM macros, content libraries, call recording platforms) to help teams find resources quickly.
