Taktile is an AI-native decision platform for financial institutions, enabling autonomous agents to safely automate and optimize decisions across lending, fraud, claims, and more. The company powers millions of decisions daily for customers like Mercury, Monzo, Faire, and Pleo, and has raised $184M from top-tier investors including Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Index Ventures, and Tiger Global. You will build and own Sales Enablement as its sole founder, reporting directly to the CRO. This is a senior individual contributor role at the intersection of sales, product marketing, and RevOps. You will define how the sales team is onboarded, coached, and equipped from the ground up, with the goal of faster ramp for new hires, higher win rates, and a repeatable sales process. Key responsibilities include: designing and owning a structured onboarding and certification program for AEs and SDRs, building a ramp curriculum covering product, ICP, competitive positioning, and sales process, and tracking ramp-time and time-to-first-deal metrics. You will build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides that reps use across the deal cycle, partnering with product marketing to translate positioning into field-ready content. You will define and continuously improve Taktile's sales process and methodology to ensure consistent qualification and forecasting, support CRM adoption in HubSpot, and partner with RevOps on attribution and pipeline reporting. Additionally, you will use Gong to review live calls, identify coaching opportunities, and run recurring enablement motions like deal reviews and skill-building sessions. Required qualifications: 5 years of experience split across sales enablement and quota-carrying sales roles; proven track record building onboarding/ramp programs and sales content that reps actually use; experience standing up or evolving a sales process/methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar); comfort building a function end-to-end in a lean, fast-moving environment; ability to partner with RevOps on attribution and reporting; strong writing and content instincts with PMM-adjacent skills a plus. Nice-to-have: experience with HubSpot, Gong, and Notion; background in B2B SaaS or fintech; experience in both startups and scale-ups.
