Fireworks is seeking a seasoned GTM Enablement Manager to build and scale the company's go-to-market enablement function as it grows. Reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement within Revenue Operations, you'll serve as a foundational builder-operator establishing enablement infrastructure at a Series D AI infrastructure company ($17.5B valuation, backed by NVIDIA, Sequoia, Benchmark, and others).
You will co-develop and eventually own Firecademy, Fireworks' monthly in-person onboarding program for new hires across Account Executives, AI Field Engineers, and BDRs. You'll design role-based ramp journeys combining live training, eLearning, and manager-led activities to accelerate productivity. Beyond onboarding, you'll build and deliver ongoing enablement content—translating product innovations into field-ready training, facilitating multi-day sessions for 20+ participants, and partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to keep the field ahead of rapid product evolution.
A critical part of the role is codifying field best practices from real customer engagements and feeding insights back to shape GTM strategy. You'll also help define what agentic enablement looks like at Fireworks, designing and shipping AI agents that boost Account Executive efficiency and surface Revenue Operations insights.
You bring 10+ years of GTM experience (minimum 2 in enablement), with proven success building enablement and onboarding programs from scratch. You're elite at both content development and live facilitation, fluent across multiple sales methodologies, and a trusted cross-functional partner to senior leaders. Critically, you have hands-on experience building AI agents or apps at scale—through prompting, no-code, low-code, or code—to drive seller or operations productivity. You've enabled technical sellers to sell credibly to technical buyers and thrive in high-growth startup ambiguity.
The role is based in San Mateo with an in-office policy (Monday/Wednesday/Friday, plus full weeks during monthly Firecademy programs). This is initially an individual contributor role with potential for team leadership as the function scales.
