This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on creating seller-ready content and enablement programs that help the sales team ramp quickly, build expertise, and sell effectively in a complex technical environment. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and subject matter experts across the business to translate complex technical, product, market, competitive, and business information into clear, actionable resources for the field.
Key responsibilities include:

- Work directly with subject matter experts across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams to extract and synthesize complex information
- Capture and operationalize institutional knowledge, transforming expert information into scalable, trusted resources
- Independently manage assigned content and enablement workstreams from discovery through development, stakeholder review, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Own assigned programs or components of broader enablement initiatives (new hire onboarding, continuous learning, product readiness, sales process education, field readiness)
- Translate launch direction into seller-facing content and readiness resources
- Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment with brand, positioning, and messaging standards
- Interview SMEs and stakeholders to identify critical knowledge and determine effective translation methods
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, presentations, and learning experiences
- Maintain and continuously improve the seller-facing enablement content library
- Gather feedback and evaluate usage, participation, and adoption for continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to make enablement content and processes more scalable, consistent, and effective
Success looks like: sellers have a growing library of clear, practical, trusted resources; complex knowledge is quickly translated into usable field content; enablement programs move from concept to execution with minimal oversight; content remains current, easy to find, and continuously improves based on feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to produce high volume of polished content while managing multiple deliverables, reviews, and deadlines
- Strong ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into practical messaging for non-technical or mixed audiences
- Exceptional writing, editing, synthesis, and information-organization skills
- Experience interviewing and collaborating with subject matter experts to extract knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to independently own projects from discovery through execution, launch, and improvement
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and identify gaps
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and other teams
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and other content development, presentation, and collaboration tools
- Experience working within or creating content for a technical, enterprise, aerospace, defense, or complex B2B sales environment strongly preferred
- Experience with sales enablement platforms, learning management systems, content management systems, or related technologies is a plus
- Experience supporting seller readiness, onboarding, product or solution launches, or other go-to-market programs is a plus
- Ability to provide examples of relevant content demonstrating strong writing, technical translation, content production, or other sales enablement work
