Oscar Health is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to join the Product Marketing team and drive the development and execution of their ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) enablement strategy. This role serves as a critical bridge between Oscar's growth strategy and field execution, ensuring brokers, tech platforms, employers, and internal teams have the resources and expertise needed to confidently evangelize Oscar's offerings and accelerate membership acquisition.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering targeted enablement resources that translate ICHRA complexities and Oscar's market advantages for diverse distribution channels. You will build B2B2C and localized toolkits, including state-specific market materials and comprehensive enrollment guides that empower tech platforms and employers to advocate for Oscar. The role involves architecting internal training programs to establish deep subject matter expertise across growth teams, supporting strategic event execution for industry events and open enrollment periods, and maintaining a centralized library of market-facing resources based on continuous feedback from sales and distribution partners.
You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and work in a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the New York office, with Thursdays as a mandatory in-office day for team meetings and events.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience, plus 1–3 years in sales enablement, broker relations, account management, or corporate training. You should demonstrate success building clear, scannable sales assets and training materials that simplify complex insurance products for broker audiences. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and digital enrollment tools is essential, along with excellent cross-functional communication skills and a track record collaborating with Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales Operations on compliance and rollout deadlines.
Bonus qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Healthcare Management; direct ICHRA sales experience; proficiency with design tools like Figma or Canva; and familiarity with agile product launches or tech-forward healthcare ecosystems.
