Aviso is a leading Canadian wealth management organization dedicated to improving the financial well-being of Canadians. We're seeking a Sales Enablement and Effectiveness Lead to join our Strategic Partnerships and Priority Clients team, reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Priority Clients.
In this role, you will own the complete sales enablement lifecycle, driving clarity, focus, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sales organization. Your core responsibilities include:
**Sales Planning & Performance:** Support sales target setting, achievement-to-plan management, forecasting inputs, and capacity planning. Own the sales planning and performance lifecycle to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
**Pipeline Management:** Evaluate and manage pipeline health, velocity, and quality by analyzing coverage ratios, stage progression, conversion rates, deal hygiene, and identifying risks. Design and maintain actionable performance dashboards and heat maps that surface insights on progress, gaps, and opportunities.
**Execution Excellence:** Translate sales strategy into clear activity and execution models that align day-to-day activities with pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue outcomes. Partner with sales leaders to identify coaching and performance improvement opportunities based on pipeline behavior and trends.
**Capability Development:** Lead sales onboarding, training programs, and ongoing capability development. Create and maintain playbooks, frameworks, and best practices focused on execution excellence and pipeline discipline.
**Technology Leadership:** Own the sales technology roadmap as the business owner for CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement tools, pipeline management platforms, reporting systems, and workflow optimization. Drive adoption and continuous improvement.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Serve as the central representative and voice of Sales for enterprise innovation initiatives, workshops, pilots, and cross-functional programs. Consolidate sales feedback and ensure priorities are clearly represented.
**Change Management:** Support go-to-market changes, product launches, and partner initiatives. Lead change management efforts related to new sales processes, tools, or ways of working.
