We are seeking a Sales Director to join our London office and drive expansion across EMEA, with a strong focus on structured credit, insurance, and asset managers. You will own your territory by identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. You'll have access to a proven sales playbook, evidence of success across existing clients, and support from experienced credit risk experts, quants, product specialists, and technical sales engineers.
Key responsibilities include leading sales cycles from outreach through contract closure with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and verticals; building and managing a focused list of high-value accounts aligned to ideal customer profiles on the buy-side; coordinating with US Sales Directors on go-to-market alignment; developing deep expertise in your vertical(s) and becoming a market-visible advocate; collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success; and owning a well-qualified, data-driven pipeline with disciplined CRM use and strong forecasting.
You should have 5–7 years' experience selling SaaS solutions into financial markets, particularly to buy-side institutions (insurance, pension funds, asset managers, specialist investors, CLOs, structured credit, private debt). You need solid understanding of financial markets and credit risk analytics, ability to leverage existing relationships for client entry, experience in entrepreneurial environments or selling new products/data sets, strong lead generation and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with prospecting tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce. Excellent networking and presentation skills, proactive work style, ability to perform under pressure, and strong teamwork are essential. Fluency in additional languages is a bonus. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
The role is based in London with hybrid working (minimum three days in office) and moderate travel. Compensation includes competitive base salary, generous commission scheme, private health insurance with mental health cover, competitive holiday package, pension plan access, cycle-to-work scheme, and professional development opportunities.
