Celonis is seeking a Sales Director to lead the Land Sales team in the Nordics region, responsible for selling into new targeted Enterprise accounts. You will manage a team of 4-5 Business Enterprise Account Executives, driving new customer acquisition across the Nordic market.
In this role, you will own the full sales strategy and execution for landing 12-15 new enterprise accounts annually. You'll hire and develop strong sales talent, establish individual AE success metrics, and foster a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities include hitting and exceeding annual sales targets with strong forecast accuracy, developing strategic plans to achieve targets through new logo acquisition and customer expansion, and building long-lasting relationships with customers and partners for executive alignment and proactive account management.
You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across direct and indirect sales, value engineering, business development, and services. A key part of your role is communicating Celonis's industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations, enabling your team to do the same with high quality and deep domain knowledge.
Required qualifications include strong leadership skills, proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and experience working with partners such as consulting firms and enterprise tech companies. You must have strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one Nordic language. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments, approaches challenges with positivity and creative thinking, and enjoys working autonomously. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. You must be based in Stockholm.
