HERE Technologies is hiring an experienced Sales Director to join the EMEA sales team, focusing on expanding the company's enterprise browser platform across SME organizations and divisions within larger companies. The role targets multiple industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Metals & Mining, and Utilities across the UK and Continental Europe (particularly UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and Spain).
This is an individual contributor role—not a management position—where you will be responsible for generating and closing your own sales pipeline. You will drive new business by creating relationships with new accounts and expanding within existing firms. Success is measured by organically generating a significant pipeline of opportunities, effectively communicating the Enterprise SaaS value proposition, and managing a high volume of simultaneous opportunities.
Key responsibilities include building a strong new-logo pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account networking; meeting annual sales quotas using a structured sales process (MEDDICC); cultivating and sustaining valuable client relationships throughout the complete sales cycle; developing deep insights into security, productivity, and digital transformation trends to align solutions with customer needs; and becoming a HERE product expert to confidently communicate value to senior stakeholders including business leaders, engineering, and security teams.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of direct SME SaaS sales experience across at least two industries (financial services, manufacturing, metals & mining, energy). You should have a proven track record of generating and closing higher volumes of deals independently, strong command of selling to UK and Continental Europe markets, prior experience selling enterprise platform tools, and the ability to learn and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The role is based in London with hybrid flexibility (office attendance expected Wednesdays and Thursdays).
